I swapped a life of stress, anxiety, and utter overwhelm for a simpler, slower, quieter lifestyle in which I am more in control of my schedule, have more free time, and can live more in alignment with my values. It isn’t possible to achieve this overnight, but by addressing our acquisitive behaviors (the need or desire to accumulate, buy, and acquire more things and money), incorporating in sustainable habits to support your daily, weekly, monthly goals; and examining what and who we give our time, energy, and resources to, we can start to bring about the change we seek.
